Welcome back for part 3 of my journey to beehiiv.
In parts 1 and 2, I set the stage for how we got here. My aging tech infrastructure was in serious need of an overhaul and was too complex. Then I started experiencing a series of challenges and limitations until I knew it was time to move.
When we last left off, I was in what I call Goblin mode. It was time to get this system on better footing no matter what. Have you ever gone into goblin mode? The best way I could describe my thoughts was “This is going to get solved, and it is going to get solved now.” I think we have all been there a time or two.
