If I sign up, are you going to email me constantly?

We don’t typically send that many emails. Generally you can expect to receive a few a month, which will mostly be our newsletters. We also send our newsletter twice per month. We will also never sell your email address to any third parties.

What happens if I don’t open your emails?

We want to ensure the best possible email deliverability for our readers. We don’t want to clog up with your inbox. We also get it that you may sign up and then change your mind.

As a best practice we want to make sure we are sending to valid and engaged readers. We have a sunset policy. If we see that you haven’t read any of our emails for 90 days, we will assume you have changed your mind and are no longer interested and will remove you from the subscriber list. You are welcome to sign up again if you change your mind!

What happens if I unsubscribe- can I still read your free content?

We do make a number of articles free on our site that don’t even require an email subscription. However, much of our content is gated to protect from AI scraping, so we require an email registration.

We assume that if you unsubscribe you are no longer interested in reading any of our content (newsletter or website content) and will remove you from the subscriber list. You are welcome to sign up again if you change your mind.

You do need to receive our newsletter if you want to be able to read free content on our website.

What happened to the old lifetime magazine subscriptions from the previous owners?

Lifetime subscriptions were sold by the previous company owners. All of those subscribers were notified that subscriptions were cancelled when the magazine and previous company was shut down in January 2022.

The current owners bought the magazine back catalog and re-started the magazine a year later in 2023. We are not able to honor those previous subscriptions from the previous company.

Returns Policy


We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. Please note our return policies as it relates to particular items.

Print + Digital Subscription

If you change your mind about your purchase, we can offer refunds within thirty (30) days if these criteria are met.

  1. You have not downloaded any magazines.

  1. You have not yet received a printed magazine as part of your purchase.

Digital Subscription


Because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet we generally offer no refunds.

If you change your mind about your purchase and have not downloaded any magazine, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request. Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase.

Refund requests made after you have downloaded our product are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. 

Single Print on Demand Magazines

Our print on demand magazines are created by a third party that manages the printing and fulfillment process. Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase. The only case where we offer refunds is if the magazine was not delivered by our printer.

Shipping Policy

Many of our products are delivered digitally. However, our print magazine is shipped out.  Please see our shipping policies below for printed magazines.

Subscription shipping

Subscriptions orders are placed with our printer 2 1/2 weeks in advance of magazine launch.  It generally takes approximately 2 weeks to print and ship.  Shipping is only available in USA.

Print on Demand Magazine

We use a third party (Mixam) for all our print on demand printing.  It generally takes about 2 weeks for an order to be printed and shipped.  Our third party provides all order confirmations and shipping information from their systems after an order is placed.
