Using experimentation to manage overwhelm

There are a billion choices to make when you’re setting up your Etsy shop, and you revisit those choices all the time. You can spiff up old listings, re-write your shop policies, re-price your items, revamp your packaging, etc. Particularly for the perfectionists amongst us, this can quickly lead to anxiety, and anxiety equals paralysis. No one wants that! We’re not here to waste time spinning our wheels; we’re here to make things happen.
There’s a way to manage these choices to both eliminate anxiety and optimize your shop. The choices you make (most of them) aren’t set in stone; you can experiment with them in a mindful, measured way. The core of your business (what you’re selling, how you make it, your logo) can’t be switched up on a regular basis, but much of how you present it to your customers can constantly be evolving if you so choose. I’ve outlined steps below for guiding your shop through a smart, strategic evolution.
