Etsy’s New Feature: Etsy House
Have you ever wanted to see what your products look like in your customer’s homes? Well, with Etsy’s latest feature, you can do just that—and so can your customers. Instead of trying to guess how big a product is or how it might look in a home setting, with Etsy House, anyone can see your products firsthand in 12 different room settings.
In Etsy’s press release, the team stated, “With photorealistic and true-to-scale renderings, seamless navigation, and 360-degree visuals, The Etsy House transports shoppers to a one-of-a-kind virtual home filled with holiday decor and gifts, Etsy Design Awards winners (both past and present), bespoke furniture and artwork, and other fun surprises. Even better, the house is shoppable – when you hover over select items, a pop-up will provide more information on the product and a link to purchase.”
Although some of the settings are still rudimentary, the hope is that, over time, this feature will become the future of online shopping not just for Etsy buyers but for competitors as well. To join and try it out for yourself, head over to theetsyhouse.com today!
