Instagram scheduling tools, Shopify's native chat, and how to manage reviews

Facebook Finally Launches an Instagram Scheduling Tool

Facebook finally launched a long-awaited tool: native Instagram scheduling via an official app. In an in-depth breakdown on their blog, the team from the Instagram scheduling platform Later.com explained exactly how the new feature works. First off, to use the new scheduling feature, you need to have an Instagram Business account that is linked to a Facebook page.

From your Facebook page, open your Creator Studio dashboard and log into the Instagram profile you want to write posts for. Click on ‘Create Post’ at the top left screen and choose either ‘Instagram Feed’ or ‘IGTV’.

What’s particularly notable is that the new native scheduling tool allows you to add multiple images, an element that many third-party apps are unable to implement. Additionally, just like scheduling Facebook posts, all posts will show up in a queue so you can still make changes to them later.
