Pinterest Beta-Tests New Marketing Tool

In December 2019, Pinterest introduced a new tool to assist marketers. Pinterest Trends gives an overview of the top US search terms within the past 12 months and highlights when top search terms hit their peak, along with other insights. Similar to Google Trends, this new tool enables marketers to refine search queries, create keyword lists, and validate assumptions about emerging trends when planning their campaigns. 

“If we can help retailers with what the consumer wants, then the consumer gets a better experience,” says Amy Vener, head of retail strategy and marketing. The tool will be available to all Pinterest users over the next few months.
