5 things you can do right now to feel more fulfilled

What five things can you do right this second to feel instantly better, more fulfilled, and more centered?

Well first, I’m going to ask you to hold out your hand. I find this helpful because any time you start to feel overwhelmed at work and frazzled like your life is about to sail off course, just stretch out your fingers and remember these five focal things. 

Assuming you have 5 fingers, that’s one focal point per thumb, index, middle, ring and pinky finger! Voila. ☺ 

We’ll go into detail on each focal point in a minute but first, just count on each finger these 5 things:

  1. Food

  2. Movement

  3. Experience

  4. Unplug

  5. Relationships 

Ok. Boom. So there are the 5 focal points (in no particular order) and now we’ll elaborate a bit on each one.
