Should you spend money on your brand from the beginning, and if so, how much?

A beautiful, strong, professional looking brand will help you stand out from the crowd and is a key element to a successful handmade shop. But it also costs money to work with a professional graphic or web designer, and when you're just getting started you don't necessarily have a few thousand saved up to spend on your company. 

That's why in this month’s article I want to answer a question that I'm being asked quite frequently, which is, “Do I need to spend money on my brand when I’m just getting started, and if so, how much?”
