My Business Troubleshooting Technique
Using the 1 + 4 troubleshooting technique to identify and clarify business problems.

In the July article, I talked about time management and how to build and grow a successful handmade business when you don't have all the time in the world to do so.
I had picked this topic because, from the many conversations I have every day with the handmade shop owners I work with, this is one of the questions that come back the most often. There is another one though, and that's the one I want to address today. I get at least a few emails every single day from subscribers asking me something that sounds like...
"I am not getting any sales. I don't know what's wrong, but I've tried everything and nothing is working. Can you help me?"
