How I got featured in 3 major magazines and what I learned from it

Lessons from getting PR for my business

Hi my name is Julia Shagal, (Chagall is the French version) and I’m originally from St Petersburg, Russia but now married and living in London, UK. I have a handmade jewelry business called Bijoux de Chagall, and this is my story!

Since I was a child, jewelry has always been a big passion for me. As I came from an artistic family, it was no surprise that I went on to study Art & Design in school. Soon after graduating, I got a job as a Set & Costume Designer at a film studio. Over time, I adapted my creative skills to computers and became a Graphic Designer. I’ve loved my profession and worked with many companies, but making my own jewelry was still on my bucket list. Just over 18 months ago I decided to try it.
