My mental health totally reflects in my business so I try my best to keep myself positive on all days by doing yoga and meditation. When I feel positive (good mental health) I see myself being creative, completing pending tasks, or listen to podcasts that help me improve my business. Otherwise, I see myself ruining the day by ranting about things that don’t work which is totally unhealthy and is only a deadlock.
