It’s an incredible feeling to get to start sharing the first sessions for our upcoming Eco Conscious Artisan Business Week! It’s definitely a new area of growth to attempt an event like this- but we are eager to start these conversations. There is so much inspiration to be found in what many businesses are already doing. We are really grateful for all the other artisan businesses that are willing to share their experiences!
So how’s it going to work?
This virtual week of programming will work much like other online events you may have seen before. Sessions will be available for free for 48 hours. This allows us to provide a free option for our readers. If you would like access after 48 hours, an all access pass will be available for purchase.
Sneak Peek at Sessions
We have some great speakers lined up on a number of different topics. Here are five of the first topics (more being shared next week):

From Scrap to Product- Upcycling your waste
Take the bits and pieces that you would normally look at as scrap or waste from your business and create sellable and giftable products from them. We will look at common off-cut or left-over items in the types of businesses that sign up for the event and discuss ways to upcycle them into packaging/wrapping, thank you gifts for customers, loss leader giveaways for in-person events, or even sellable products. Handout will include many ideas with basic instructions, so no worries that the class is too short to go over everything.
If there is interest, we can have a zoom follow-up for brainstorming for your specific needs for event attendees! This event is presented by Jessie Rayot of owner of Jessie At Home®, LLC and Crochet Foundry.
