In case you have not seen the fear acronym, it is False Evidence Appearing Real. It probably goes without saying that fear is a natural response to threat or danger, but fear is also self-created by our insecurities, causing stress and anxiety. Self-created fear is keeping you from who you are. It is keeping you from becoming your best self. The good news is since fear is also self-created, then you can also undo it and impose something positive in its place that is more empowering, and that compels you towards an action-oriented lifestyle, rather than one crippled by your fears.
