Etsy free shipping: Should you be offering it and will you lose ranking if you don't?

Shipping has always been a hot topic in the Etsy community. The question of whether or not to include shipping fees has tormented many a maker’s mind over the years. Will you offer a flat fee? Domestic? International? Express? Priority? Calculated? A mix of all of the above?

Ouch! So many questions! Pour me a glass of wine already!
