There’s nothing more frustrating for a handmade seller than a customer that gives them grief over shipping issues; even though we covered this topic way back then, we’ve had a lot of requests for a refresher. The thing is, you and I both know that we have no control over those little packages once they leave our doorsteps, but for the customers, that gap in control is absolutely no excuse as to why their package is taking too long or missing. Ultimately, in the eyes of our customers, we are responsible for ensuring their goods get to them. The purpose of this article is to review how excellent customer service can go a long way in a disgruntled shopper.
