Saving time with snippets - Answering customers the easy way
How to use conversation snippets to standardize support.

One of the more time-consuming aspects of being a business owner means you get to answer questions. Not just a few questions, no, you get to answer ALL the questions from ALL the potential customers. You get to answer questions about shipping even though your shipping details are all laid out in an exceptionally well-written policy page. You get to answer questions about sizing even though you’ve spent hours creating gorgeous measurement graphics. You get to answer questions about customization requests even though your shop is based on purely ready-to-ship items. It doesn’t matter what product or service you sell, chances are you get a lot of repeat questions that drain your time, energy, and motivation.
I’m here to tell you that it doesn’t need to be like this; you can make conversation snippets.
