Making A Marketing Plan

Create a strategic marketing plan to boost your business profits and stay ahead in 2023 with these simple, actionable steps for small business success.

With 2019 in full swing and most of our new year hiccups worked out, it’s time to start getting serious about what you’re going to be doing with your marketing this year. Many people intend to start working out their marketing plans in the first month of the year. However, I have found that after January rolls by, most people are still trying to get into “the motion of things.” January and February often turn into “recovery” months from the Christmas rush and trying to restock your inventory. Then, in March, you’re scrambling to finish up your taxes in time.

Suddenly, you realize that the year is moving faster than you anticipated and a sense of urgency sets in. This “urgency” is exactly what you need to help shape the rest of your year to become more profitable than the last. That is the whole point of being in business: growing in profits over time.

Today, we’ll be going over a masterful marketing plan that you can use for your business this year. We’ll be including several different elements that you can incorporate, however, don’t feel that you HAVE TO incorporate them. Some of the marketing tactics we’ll be discussing won’t work for all business. Rather, find something that you can commit to and work with that.

Let’s get started.
